    My error – #26090 – An error occurred while opening mailbox <mailbox>@<domain>.com. There are some cases in which the Email Router sends an email more than once, and this post will try to answer the question why the CRM service performs this operation so "unexpected."
Imagine that I create a normal email CRM as follows:
Where "Test 1" and "Test 2" are contacts of the company and therefore have e-mails within the domain, but one of the two contacts have the mail incorrectly on the CRM (wrong to create the same) .
By sending this e-mail, the Email Router will try to deliver this mail to the Exchange, but this return an error "User unknown" as one of the addresses of the domain does not exist. This really does not mean that the email has not come off, but simply could not be delivered to one of the recipients, but the rest of it will target it correctly.
This error is returned by the Exchange causes the CRM E-mail is marked as failed, so to attempt to send again.
That is why the recipients of this email will be sent this E-mail more often.
To fix this, you must enter the correct email address or revise the parameters of the Email Router in relation to repetition errors.
